Who we are
This website, www.sacredritual.in, is operated by Sacred Ritual, 303 God Gift Tower, Yari Road, Versova, Andheri (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra 400061. FSSAI Registration No. 21525006001635. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Sacred Ritual; "you" refers to anyone browsing or ordering from this site.
Our products
We sell packaged botanical infusions, a moringa leaf powder and dry fruits. They are foods, not medicines: nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Please read each product's ingredients and cautions before buying. In particular, our almonds and walnuts are tree nuts; our moringa & green tea blend contains caffeine; and if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication (for example for blood pressure) or managing a health condition, please check with your doctor before adding a new botanical to your routine.
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Botanicals are natural products, so colour, leaf size and aroma vary slightly between lots.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We accept prepaid orders only — cash on delivery is not offered.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation from Razorpay. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your pincode, or if we suspect fraud. Products are sold for personal use, not for resale.
Shipping, cancellations and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, damaged items and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Your use of this site
The text, artwork, photographs, labels and the Sacred Ritual name and marks on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial purposes; please don't copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are fit to eat when stored as directed and consumed before the date on the pack. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
Complaints and governing law
If something is wrong, write to us first — see Contact for our Grievance Officer. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published here when you placed it.
