Where we ship

We currently ship to serviceable pincodes within India only. If our courier partners cannot reach your pincode, we will let you know and refund your order in full.

Prepaid orders only

All orders are paid online at checkout (UPI, cards, net banking). We do not offer cash on delivery.

Dispatch

Orders are packed by hand and dispatched within 2–3 business days from our Mumbai address, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During launches and festival periods it may take a little longer; if so, we will say so on the shop page or write to you.

Delivery times

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days to metro cities and 5–9 business days elsewhere in India. These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees; remote areas and weather or strike disruptions can add time.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. There are no extra charges on delivery.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we will send the courier name and tracking number to the email or phone number you gave at checkout.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy — report it within 48 hours and we will replace or refund. If you're unsure where your order is, email hello@sacredritual.in.
