Moringa & Green Tea Blend

Moringa oleifera & Camellia sinensis · whole-leaf blend

Handpicked moringa leaves blended with fine green tea — grassy, fresh, and quietly energising. A gentle natural lift from the green tea, softened by moringa's earthy depth: the cup that starts the day without shouting at it.

The first-light cup

This is the blend for the hour before the day starts talking. Let the kettle rest a couple of minutes off the boil — green tea likes it gentler — then steep short and drink slowly. A softer lift than coffee, and a kinder one.

what the research says

Loved for centuries.
Studied honestly.

A genuinely dense leaf

Dried moringa leaf is one of the more nutrient-dense greens studied — notable for protein, iron, calcium, magnesium, β-carotene and folate — alongside polyphenols like quercetin and chlorogenic acid.

Green tea, the studied classic

Green tea is among the most researched beverages on earth — its catechins (like EGCG) and the amino acid L-theanine are widely studied, and L-theanine with modest caffeine is researched for calm, steady alertness rather than a jolt.

A lift, honestly measured

This blend contains natural caffeine from green tea — a fraction of a cup of coffee's, which is exactly the point. Moringa's own human evidence is still young; we'd rather tell you that plainly than oversell it.

Sacred Ritual teas are foods, not medicines, and nothing on this page is medical advice. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take regular medication, speak to your doctor before making any tea a daily habit.
